Delete Account

You are requesting deletion of your personal information. We will delete your personal information as requested, excepting the information we are required to maintain including any information related to a visit that has been assigned, returned from QA, or completed.

When my account is deleted:

• I understand that if I decide to resume use of the Carezzi platform, my personal information will need to be re-entered and meet the requirements of the use of the platform.
• I understand that I will lose access to my earnings data for funds earned through the platform.
• I understand that I will lose access to the tracking of training completed and recorded on the platform.
• I understand that it may take up to 14 days to delete my data.
